First of all I would like to apologize for the 9:30 AM start due to another event that we were unaware about. A special apology to gentleman named Geoff and his two friends. I am sorry for your disappointment.  Fifty Three cyclist showed support for our club. Thanks for the support. 

The ride started with a parade lap around beautiful Ellijay Georgia. The roads were blocked by the Fire department and Police department. Thanks to our heros.  A great day for a wonderful ride.  6600 hundred plus feet of climbing on the 70.1 mile loop. Sambo and Joe took control of the ride after Robert dropped everyone for over Thirty miles. We had one sag on the long loop. Next year two sags as requested today. Food? We asked everybody to RSVP. A lesson learned on the food today. I will make up for your disappointment April 25, 2008 at the top of Doublehead Gap. The food is on me and I am cooking. A 21 mile loop and a 45 mile loop on the route for the Tour De Geoegia. Start at 9:00 AM at Doublehead Gap. Please  RSVP me. Those of you who missed out. 

The event was fun. A special Thanks to Kevin and Mary, Ande, Jim, Eddie B, Marco, The Sag ladies, Rob, Eli, Kit, Gene, Diane, James, Anthony, Roberto. Thanks again.
